Let's break it down
How it works when we set up your Teachable school
Choose your start date
Pick a week in the upcoming months and we'll block out time for your course set-up. We always wrap up in the same week we start working on your school (start on a Monday, finish on a Friday!).
Attend a kick-off call on Zoom
We'll meet on Zoom to make sure we have access to your course content and to ask you everything we need to know about your school. We'll walk you through every key decision on the call.
Sit back while we work on your school
We'll start setting up your school the day after the kick-off call. You'll only hear from us if we run into an issue, but otherwise – you can focus on other tasks while we work!
Request any changes until you're happy
In the middle of the week, we'll send you screenshots and links to review. You'll let us know if you'd like any changes and we'll make those changes by the end of the week.
Arrange a handover call / training session
When we're done, we'll hop on Zoom one more time to show you how your school works and answer any questions. This session is recorded so you can watch it back any time.
Start selling your course!
Your school will be ready to start accepting new students, so all that's left is to share it with your audience. Visitors to your school will be able to see your available courses, read any information on your sales page, and go through the checkout to get access to your curriculum. Easy!

Here's what other creators asked before booking their project
Q1. Are you the same company as Teachble?
No, we're a completely separate team based in the UK. We just specialise in helping Teachable course creators with their tech and Teachable recommend our services on their Teachable Experts page.
Q2. What do I need to have ready before I book?
We really do only need your course content upfront (i.e. videos, audio, text, PDFs, etc).
Once you’ve booked, we’ll talk through all of the other decisions together on our kick-off call.
If you already know your pricing, your autoplay preferences, your subtitle, your comment area preferences, etc… that’s great. But it’s not essential.
Q3. Will you create or edit my course content?
No, your content needs to be ready in it's final format, ready to be uploaded. i.e:
If it's a video course, we need video files.
If it's an audio course, we need audio files.
If there are downloadable resources, we need PDF files.
If there's text content, we need text documents.
We don't offer any editing or content creation services (we're tech people!).
Q4. How will I send you my course content?
Most clients put their content in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder and share that folder with us.
If your files are all on your computer and you're not sure how to share them with us, don't worry. We'll walk you through it all on our kick-off call.
Q5. Can you match my specific brand style?
The short answer is “it depends”!
We can easily match an existing brand with your chosen webfonts and colours.
But if you have specific ideas for how your sales page and homepage should be structured (rather than following our recommended structure), please contact us before booking.
You can run your ideas by us first to make sure we can build your pages exactly how you want them!
Q6. What if I have questions after our project is finished?
Our clients are usually non-techies who get overwhelmed even thinking about setting up their own school. And our job is to not only handle all of the legwork, but also to make sure that they get how it all works.
We don’t want you to become dependent on us. We want you to be totally confident in managing your own school after our project wraps up – that's why we include a handover training session after every project.
BUT… if you ever have any questions about anything we've set up, we're only an email away.
Q7. Will you write the copy for my sales page?
We don't write copy, but we'll build out a tried-and-tested sales page structure with filler copy included so you can see what should go in each section. You'll be able to replace it with your own content when it's ready.
If your copy is ready to be added to your pages before we wrap up, we’re also happy to do the legwork of actually adding your copy to each section.
